What is sent, and what saving means
- Unsaved comparison. Only the filters, your selected occupation code, a complete score and the English and experience answers used for priority checks are sent for processing. These inputs are not saved as a profile and your score does not join the counts. Technical request logs are covered by the Privacy Policy.
- Saving includes contribution. Saving or updating submits your scorecard to authorised iExcel staff and requires inclusion in anonymous public aggregate comparisons. There is no private-only saving option. Calculating without saving is still available.
- Access without contact details. Choose a four-digit PIN and a password of at least eight characters. Enter both on any device; no reference is needed for everyday access. Keep the recovery file as a backup. Remembering your own device for 30 days is optional. No security questions.
- Private stays private. Your saved details and exact saved rank are only shown inside the passphrase-protected dashboard.
How this calculator works.
- The score
- A ranking score, separate from federal points and never combined with them. Victoria says its 2026–27 program will open soon; criteria are published when it opens. There is no fixed pass mark.
- Your occupation
- Chosen from the official federal list to confirm ANZSCO and the assessing authority. VPT skill level is answered separately. Changing occupation clears occupation-based claims.
- The reported counts
- Separate totals for scores reported on iExcel under subclasses 190 and 491, including planning and ROI stages. Each score is counted under its selected subclass, not both. Self-reported, not verified people or official applications. Comparison-ready counts may be lower.
- Privacy
- Calculate and view the community snapshot without sending anything. Report your score to compare anonymously; reports and saved profiles have no automatic expiry. Saving with a PIN and password is optional and enables later access and updates. Financial years and scoring rules remain separate. Terms are shown before anything is sent.
Canberra Matrix.
